U.S. companies have filed 337 investigations into drones and their components

On August 30, Auto Robotics filed an application with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) under Section 337 of the U.S. Customs Act of 1930, accusing Shenzhen Daji Innovation technology co., Ltd. and its affiliates of infringing their patent rights on U.S.-exported, imported or sold drones and their components in the U.S., the Commerce Department said. Request the ITC to initiate a 337 investigation and issue a limited exclusion and injunction.
